Borges ratifies its commitment to the Diversity Charter

Yet again, this year we have renewed our commitment to the Diversity Charter, a European project we have been part of since we undertook to comply with the applicable equal opportunities and inclusiveness and no discrimination at work legislation.

What is a Diversity Charter?

A Diversity Charter is a voluntary commitment made by companies and institutions in a given country, regardless of size, to foster policies that respect and raise awareness to improve coexistence among people with different needs, values and knowledge sets.

Why are we involved?

Because we do not and have never wanted to turn our back on the social changes taking place in the 21st century. These include establishing women in the workplace, the growing migrant population, cultural diversity, lifestyles and sexual orientation we are experiencing in our surroundings.

What are the results of this activity?

As a signatory of the Charter, Borges International Group is succeeding in:

  • Creating innovative skills.
  • Fostering job satisfaction and a healthy work life balance for staff.
  • Making the organisation more efficient and reduce operating costs.
  • Committing to building a diverse workforce.
  • Encouraging integration without workplace discrimination.
  • Committing to equality in our surroundings and partners.

>> A total of 905 companies in Spain have joined the initiative, including Abacus, Abertis, Henkel, Danone, Deloitte, PepsiCo, etc.<<
