Ten years of collaboration between Borges International Group and the Food Bank

  • Borges donates 15,000 liters of oil to the Great Food Collection reaffirming the company’s willingness to maintain the relationship with the different Food Banks of the territory.
  • As in previous years, all the bottles that have been donated of Borges oil have been produced especially for the occasion and have a special labeling that will identify them as a solidarity product.

Borges International Group has donated 15,000 liters of oil to the Food Bank. The event took place on Friday 16 in the different Food Banks of the territory (Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida and Girona).

This is the tenth year that Borges International Group collaborates  with the Food Bank donating oil, a product that, along with legumes, milk and tins, is one of the most demanded basic necessities.

Borges International Group consolidates the relationship with the four Food Banks of the territory, with which it has collaborated since 2012. In recent years, more than ever, the commitment to this action has become even more necessary due to the increase in demand for food.

This donation is in addition to other actions that are also carried out at this time, such as the collaboration with La Marató de TV3. This year, Borges is a sponsor and contributes 50% of the profits obtained in the sale of extra virgin olive oil 1L and 130g Borges grain nuts, products that by their nature help cardiovascular health.
